Our belief

It is our belief that the time has come for nations of people to unite, and come together as one family; this family will aim to help build our communities by fundraising, donating, and generally helping our fellow brothers and sisters during times of need.  We currently aim to provide you with quality clothing, and also plan to help with food and shelter in the future, whether we work with existing charities or create our own.

How our name and logo is used

Our name, website and logos, have been created to help build a Jack Fresh nation while allowing individuals to keep their freedom of self expression; from independence to team work, we provide you with a logo to express yourself under the name of Jack Fresh.

Everyone is welcome

The Jack Fresh nation does not discriminate against anyone and works irrespective of race, religion, gender, nationality, or political views; providing no laws are being broken.

Our nation

It is our belief that the supporters of Jack Fresh are a family, and whether you work directly for us, are apart of our street team, or you are raising awareness of Jack Fresh by wearing the name. We thank you and welcome you to our nation.

Charity

For the month of January 2016 we are working in aid of the RSPCA which means we will donate 10% of ALL profits to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals; this idea was inspired by The Wild Life collection.

Our Jack Fresh Anthem

"In the beginning, there was Jack. And Jack had a groove. And from this groove came the groove of all grooves. And while one day viciously throwing down on his box, Jack boldly declared, 'Let there be House!' And House music was born. I am, you see. I am the creator. And this is my House. And in my House there is only House music. But I am not so selfish, because once you've entered my House, it then becomes our House, and our House music. And you see, no one man owns House, because house music is a universal language spoken and understood by all. You see, House is a feeling, that no one can understand really, unless you're deep into the vibe of House. House is an uncontrollable desire to Jack your body. And as I told ya before, this is our house, and our House music, and this is FRESH"

-- Mr. Fingers - Can U Feel It

Advice to our street team:

We request that you are respectful to the general public at all times and conduct yourself in a polite, tidy manner. To identify yourself as one of the Jack Fresh nation members, we would ask that you wear our clothing with the name in clear sight.

According to https://www.gov.uk/permission-to-distribute-leaflets you are within your rights to hand out printed material when following the rules, but we ask that you are always polite to anyone trying to stop you.

When you don’t need permission:

You don’t need permission if the printed material is being distributed:

•in letterboxes

•inside a building, bus or taxi

•on behalf of a charity

•for political or religious purposes or other beliefs

You have what is called in law an “implied license” to enter property to put materials through a letterbox.

You only become a trespasser if you are asked to leave and refuse to do so.

Do not:

Leave the area in which you are handing out leaflets until you have walked around looking for any discarded leaflets. If found, please pick up and clean the area before walking away to help with the:

Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005

Conclusion:

The right to leaflet as a freedom of expression is covered by Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, and thus in the UK by the Human Rights Act 1998.

Leafleting is a basic right of expression and your right to leaflet is well guarded in law.

Lets build a nation the right way, Jack Fresh!
